1. Check whether all connecting bolts of the cooling tower, especially the connection and fastening bolts of the transmission parts (fan, motor, reducer, rotating nozzle) and the shell of the stressed bracket are firm and reliable, and no loosening is allowed. This can ensure the long-term stable operation of the power operation system and reduce the wear and failure caused by unstable operation.
2. After the cooling tower is installed and put into operation, the debris and dirt on the pipe, water collector, filler surface and water collecting tank should be carefully removed to avoid blockage. And hang fire signs to avoid fire loss caused by heat dissipation filler ignited by electric welding and cigarette butts.
3. Open the blowdown valve at the bottom of the water tray, flush the inner wall of the shell and the soil of the filler with water, and the debris placed by other components, so as to prevent the debris from entering the tower and blocking the system pipeline; Clean up all leaves, wastes and sludge found in the bottom basin, and check whether the pipelines are blocked. If sundries are attached to the waterproof net, they should also be removed.
4. Check whether the combination of the inlet ball valve is flexible, and all kinds of water pipes should be installed firmly.
5. Open the water supply valve to completely fill the water basin and water pipe, and the water level is 20mm lower than the full water pipe.
6. The motor needs to be wired according to its marked wiring mode ("Y" or "△"), and the junction box shall be sealed after wiring. Check whether the voltage of the power supply is consistent with the motor, whether the wiring of the motor is correct and firm, whether the motor junction box is fastened, and whether the waterproof rubber ring or other moisture-proof epoxy resin sealing material must be waterproof. Otherwise, it must be replaced, whether the tower switch wiring is loose; the motor circuit should be equipped with phase loss and overload protection to ensure the reliable operation of the motor. After the wiring is completed, the power-on test shall be carried out. Observe from the top of the tower, the fan shall operate clockwise and draw air to the outside of the tower. If the fan operates in the counterclockwise direction, the phase sequence of the power supply can be changed. After the motor is installed, the lead wire shall be bound and fixed along the bracket, and the outlet hole shall be sealed well. In order to reduce the starting current, a decompression starter shall be used when the motor power is greater than 10Kw.
7. Most of the cooling tower motor power supply is three-phase alternating current, the voltage is often 380V, the frequency is 50Hz. The voltage and frequency are different in different regions, with voltage 415V and 440V frequency 60Hz. When the motor is equipped with gear reduction, it shall be started with reduced pressure.
8. The fan should be rotated flexibly by hand. The concave arc surface of the fan blade should be upward when viewed from the top of the tower. The gap between the end of the fan and the circumference of the fan should be uniform. The installation angle of the blades should be consistent to avoid vibration and accidents during operation. The fan should rotate clockwise (standing on the top of the tower looking down clockwise); If it is a side-outlet tower, the fan should be turned clockwise from the outside the wind.
9. Check whether there is water leakage in the water tray, loose knot and piping, check the tightness of the belt and adjust it to an appropriate degree.
10. The direction of the rotating head of the round tower is clockwise (top view), and the installation angle of the sprinkler pipe is about 20 degrees of the vertical angle of the sprinkler hole in the counterclockwise direction, so as to maintain the uniform rotation speed and not to be too fast. The vertical angle ensures that the lifting force can prolong the service life of the rotating head.
11. Install soft rubber joints as far as possible when connecting the water inlet and outlet ports, which can prevent the impact force caused by the water hammer at the moment of starting the water pump from tearing the interface parts, slow down the tower resonance caused by the vibration of the water pump during daily operation, and reduce the operating noise.
